The client’s business document did not align with their updated brand identity and needed a full redesign to improve consistency and professionalism.

My Contribution:

I collaborated with the ClearBrand team to revamp the entire document, ensuring that the layout, typography, and visual elements matched the company’s brand guidelines. This included restructuring content for clarity, applying brand colors and fonts, and improving overall readability and design flow.

Delivered a refreshed, brand-aligned business document that enhanced the client’s professional image and usability.

ClearBrand Document Redesign: Generative AI Playbook

During my internship, I redesigned the Generative AI Playbook using Adobe InDesign and Illustrator. Since I wasn’t familiar with InDesign beforehand, I took the opportunity to learn the software and apply it directly to this project, which strengthened my technical design skills. To begin, I carefully reviewed the client’s previous version of the Playbook to identify areas for improvement and to ensure consistency with ClearBrand’s brand guidelines. I then developed a clean layout system with aligned typography, brand colors, and visual hierarchy to improve both readability and overall presentation. Using Illustrator, I refined graphical elements and icons to support the content and create a cohesive look. I created multiple drafts throughout the process, sharing them with the team and incorporating feedback at each stage. This iterative approach allowed me to refine details such as spacing, alignment, and balance between text and visuals. The final redesigned Playbook delivered a professional, brand-aligned document that improved clarity and usability, while also giving me valuable hands-on experience in design software and client-focused iteration.
